Well done to the netball team who played their first match against Costock Primary School on Thursday. After just 2 weeks of practice, they scored 8 goals. Congratulations!

Last night, the chess team played a tournament at Nottingham Girls’ High School. It was our most successful yet; we scored 6.5 points! We performed really well over the tournament season – 7th out of 22 teams. You are all amazing representatives for Gotham Primary. Thank you.

Last weekend, the maypole team performed at Barton-in-Fabis garden fete. It was absolutely lovely and the children were amazing. Thank you to all the children and our stand ins! We will perform again on sports’ day, which is Wednesday 28th June at 9.15.

To bring the half term to a close, the chess team visited Fernwood Primary School for a tournament. It was a really exciting experience and the children all played very competitive games. We had two wins across the team. Well done to you all!
